Senior Business Analyst (web portals mobile apps)

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the Web Portals and Mobile Apps team.

What you’ll do:

• Collaboration with customer representatives to elicit real needs and define possible solution;
• Analysis and specification of functional requirements in form of Use Cases or User Stories;
• Development of functional and technical designs;
• Management of requirements lifecycle, analysis of change requests;
• Alignment of solution scope and design with other project streams;
• Support of DEV, QA and UI/UX teams on all project stages;
• Identifying of functional gaps in product's requirements and designs;
• Planning and monitoring of BA activities, increasing effectiveness of tasks execution.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience as Business or System Analyst;
• Knowledge of business analysis activities and software development processes;
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;
• Work experience in Telecom and/or eCommerce domain is desirable;
• Experience of working in large geographically distributed teams;
• Skills in planning of work, reporting of results;
• Analytical and system thinking, ability to solve complex tasks;
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms;
• Knowledge of English (upper-intermediate or higher);
• Willingness to travel and work on-site for mid and long term;
• Skills in using of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office.
