Creative Marketing Designer

Osome is looking for a Creative Marketing Designer with outstanding conceptual and visual design skills as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing across multiple channels.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver creative visual assets, static and motion design that brings our brand to life
• Design landing pages, special projects and banners in Figma
• Work with our product, marketing, and internal teams to deliver the best solutions for our projects
• Gather design references, create moodboards, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate ideas to stakeholders
• Take ownership of projects, from concept through to completion.
• Work across multiple project deadlines
• Engage comfortably with the strategic dimension of our work

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You are a Figma ninja. You organize elements in a convenient library for yourself and other team members. It's faster for you to reuse an existing element than to recreate it from scratch
• You understand UX. You know how to solve customer pains with good design
• You pride yourself on your organizational skills. You give realistic deadlines and deliver on time.
• You are a good communicator. You explain to stakeholders how your design helps solve their tasks. You listen to feedback and recognize its value.
• You are a designer that is constantly inspired—motivating those around you through your passion and drive for what you do
• You are excited by regularly coming up with new ideas, shipping new products and features that address users’ real needs
• When something doesn't yield results, your first thought is "ok, what else can we try"
• Your aesthetics matches ours. You want to do more and better of it, not less and different

Must-haves

• 3+ years experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer
• A portfolio that demonstrates your marketing mindset. Make sure you showcase UX design solutions for digital products
• Figma excellence
• Good English (some of your colleagues are native speakers. All your designs will be in English)

Nice-to-haves (not necessary, but a big plus)

• Having worked in international startups
