We are aiming to bring JustControl.it to the global market and build a distinguished international team, and now we are looking for a brilliant sales leader who will play a key role in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies;
  • Implementation of a sales strategy for revenue growth;
  • Development of sales processes;
  • Product promotion and attraction of new customers;
  • Develop new business relationships with end-users;
  • Manage and grow the pipeline effectively;
  • Together with marketing, secure the right numbers of leads;
  • Plan and monitor new business development initiatives.

Required qualifications:

  • Strong enterprise technical sales experience, understanding of IT products is a must (min 3 years);
  • Business oriented;
  • Strong cooperation ability;
  • Excellent sale leadership and people skills;
  • Fluent written and spoken English;
  • Ability to structure and negotiate;
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
