Cheil Russia is looking for a driven, results-oriented individual to join our team as Senior Campaign Manager!
What should you do:
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with the Client and within the Agency for the Consumer Television (CTV) category mainly
- Meet and receive briefs from the clients; estimate, negotiate and agree the budget and timeline of the campaign with the client and internally
- Client and project teams’ management (with skew to digital) from local creative development to adaptation (web sites, banners, TVC, digital videos, CDM, etc)
- Brief Creative, lead TTL campaigns and strongly collaborate with other departments throughout campaign process.(from strategy to design and implementation with vendors or internally)
- Handling several projects simultaneously (multitasking)
- Ensure quality standards are meeting client’s requirement and satisfaction
- Internal communication handling within projects, reports preparation to client and Team head
- Proposals development based on creative materials, vendors’ proposal and project knowledge
- Vendors involvement, briefing and control within dedicated projects (finance, proposals)
- Dealing with financial documents (estimates, vendors, contracts, client finance)
- Team assistance (to team head, another team member when required)
Requirements:
- Extensive experiences in account manager role at least 4-5 years or senior account manager role for at least 2-3 years in creative agency with skew to digital or in digital agency
- Strategic thinking and ability to assess creative materials to Client brief requirements
- Experience in 360 project handling with focus to digital expertise, experience with creative & strategy team collaboration
- Experience in leading projects independently as project owner. Proven records of ability to make decisions, problem solving skills, negotiations
- Fluent English is a must (written and oral)
- Accuracy in documentations
- Proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Readiness in new professional areas development and learning

- Quick learning capabilities
