Teachers Recruitment Manager (USA&UK)

IntellectoKids is one of the largest international developers of educational apps & videos for kids ages 3-7 to help them prepare for school through play. Our apps are ranked in the top-10 in the ‘Kids 5 & Under’ App Store category in the US, UK, and 40 other countries. Our team comprises 40 people across the globe.

We’re launching online lessons for kids and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to help us find and attract highly qualified and experienced teachers from the USA and UK.

Responsibilities:

• search for teachers from the United States and the UK using job websites, social networks, alumni websites, and other resources;
• communicate with teachers who applied on our online lessons platform on Facebook;
• collaborate with the hiring team to interview and select top candidates;
• maintain a database of candidates and interview records;
• perform background & criminal record checks of the selected candidates.

Requirements:

• minimum two years of work experience as a recruiter, preferably in cross-border recruitment, international environment and/or in a relevant field;
• strong communication skills, ability to engage and motivate potential candidates;
• advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written, ability to conduct interviews in English;
• opportunity to work in the American time zone, from 15:00 to 01:00 Moscow time.
