Backend Developer

Orion Soft represents a British company UNL Solutions and helps its clients from different countries to solve their business problems. 

Our current client is a well-known company specialized in delivering customized turnkey-projects in the field of ICT & Embedded Software and building performing products for industrial technologies.

The project is a redesign of a server that collects vehicular information from fleets of vehicles and allows the user to manage all the data through a UI. The "server application" will be a collection of micro-services hosted in a Kubernetes cluster and likely every service will be developed with C#/.NET Core and related technologies. The person will be involved in a project that has just started and will last for years so it's a long term opportunity.

Main duties:

-Cloud architecture (Azure) comprehension

-Backend development (enterprise server)

-Software integration and testing

-Technical documentation drafting

Mandatory requirements:

-Knowledge of C# and .Net

-REST APIs development

-Messaging Bus

-NoSQL Database

-Software versioning tools (e.g. GIT)

-Continuous Integration / Continuos Development (CI/CD)

-Good level of English (B1-B2) 

Additional requirements:

-Microsoft Azure Devops

-Containers management (Kubernetes, Docker)

-System security
