Now we are looking for a Junior/Middle Technical recruiter to help build our rapidly growing engineering team. We are searching for a like-minded person who will strengthen our team and will take on the hire for talented specialists. We have a remote engineering team dispersed all over the world. And now we need a recruiter who knows Asian, Russian and European IT market very well.

This is an opportunity to join a team building financial systems that will improve the lives of millions of people throughout Southeast Asia.


  • Build pipeline of candidates through variety of sourcing channels
  • Contacting and engaging candidates, managing their experience throughout the process
  • Qualifying candidates for competency and cultural fit
  • Managing and driving full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
  • Managing multiple candidate channels including referrals, advertising and other campaigns
  • Working with HR Business partner on some internal processes


  • Sourcing and recruitment experience for a tech startup/large technology company/recruitment agencies
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels(job sites, social networks, references etc.)
  • Understanding who are engineers, how they work and what technologies they use
  • Knowledge about technical tools, programming languages and all infrastructure
  • Knowledge of the candidate market and companies
  • English language - no lower Intermediate level(you will conduct interview with candidates all over the world)
  • Remote work experience as a plus but don’t worry if you don’t have it
