Game Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and own features, game events and social mechanics from concept to completion;
• Create detailed and easy to follow design documentation;
• Improve balance, mechanics, monetization;
• Improve designs based on play test feedback, game metrics, team input and community feedback;
• Advocate for the design vision and get the team excited to work on it.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of game development experience, including senior or lead experience on a shipped product;
• Understanding of current trends in gaming and in particular engagement mechanics in the casual genre;
• Excellent skills in mobile games stats, metrics and analytics;
• Proven documentation skills;
• Be able to explain difference in metagame of Gummy Drop, Gardenscapes and Candy Crush Saga
• Upper Intermediate English or higher;
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Pluses:

• Deep familiarity with mobile gaming
• Love of mathematics
• Experience with mobile development of city builders and farm simulators
