We are looking for the Financial Manager to whom we can delegate supporting and developing the finance function in the company. We are after a strong expert in the industry who can propose viable solutions and cover possible gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create financial forecasting models.
  • Create and implement company policies for a good financial health.
  • Conduct analysis of financial risks and benefits on business initiatives.
  • Establish budgets in accordance with the requirements of company departments and improve budgeting procedures if needed.
  • Manage financial side of the business operations of the company on daily basis.
  • Manage the financial reporting to the Board of directors on a monthly/quarterly/annual (any other regular) basis.
  • Manage and develop relationships with local and global banking/financial institutions.
  • Develop technical descriptions and implement solutions for process automation.
  • Manage the financial team: financial controller, internal and external accountants and auditors.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Proven financial analyst experience 3+ years in e-commerce, IT business in EU and/or CIS.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
  • Relevant qualifications ACCA, CIMA as a plus.
  • “Can do” attitude.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills.
  • English Upper-Intermediate, Russian Native, other languages as a plus.
  • Proficiency with function related software, analytical tools and office/team collaboration software (office suite etc.).
