In this role, you will be responsible for the revenue generation and growth of key clients and new business. Working alongside the Commercial Director, and helping mentor more junior members of the team, you'll be focussed on building & retaining relationships with brands across the world.


  • Lead, coach and inspire the team to develop and maintain profitable relationships
  • Maintaining and establishing strong customer relations
  • Independently negotiating all issues with existing and potential clients
  • Full scope of attracting and acquiring new prospects in order to establish a solid client pipeline
  • Systematic market research of market players, demand expectations and trends in the influencer marketing industry
  • Maintaining and establishing strong customer relations


  • Experience with digital/performance marketing
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
  • Proven track record of overachievement against revenue and growth goals
  • Ability to influence, develop and empower team members to achieve shared objectives
