C-level position, member of the current BoD. Contributor to the overall growth of the company, builder and manager of the Infrastructure functions:
- HR
- Operations
- Finance & Legal
Responsibilities
- Set functional goals and objectives aligned with the Company goals.
- Plan, implement, timely adjust and drive the Human Capital & Operational Strategies via cross-functional projects.
- Set highest people management standards by personal example.
- Take responsibility of the Company’s finance: plan, budget, control, and mitigate risks.
- Supervise and provide legal support for the Company initiatives.
- Create and implement scalable functions and processes within the area of responsibility.
- Determine and track on a regular basis metrics for subordinated functions providing sufficient transparency.
Requirements
- Related managerial background of department level or higher over 5 years.
- Strong soft skills & people-oriented culture.
- Client & goal-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking approach.
- Ability to build and motivate strong and self-sufficient teams.
- Maturity, high standards of business ethics.
- Proven track record and references.
