Ortneс is looking for experienced Project/Product Manager, who is enthusiastic to get into operational & business development parts of the existing project within the online entertainment sector, manage the team, product and business processes' development.
About the project: B2B service, which allows to gain additional profit from existing payable users.
Responsibilities:
- Work with all related parties to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing. Manage communication between parties;
- Planning, coordination, control, risk management and reporting;
- Preparation of project documentation, analysis and clarification of requirements;
- Participation in creation and review of technical and financial documentation;
- Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to the stakeholders;
- Develop business processes for operation activities, document and explain them to the team, track implementation and execution;
- Monitor, analyse performance of features developed within project. Make conclusions about current and potential financial effect. Suggest new features forecasting benefits they will bring;
- Solve Problems. Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem;
- Optimization processes when it is necessary ;
- Managing the project team;
- Be direct, do not overpromise and under deliver
Required skills:
- 5+ years of proven experience in the IT sphere;
- Strong project and product management skills in high load web projects, social networks, etc;
- Strong technical background/understanding (great plus: previous work experience as Developer / QA / Technical Analyst etc) - proven knowledge of the websites development process. Understand the differences between the prototype and design, know what frontend/ backend and API are, and so on;
- Deep knowledge of software development life cycle processes and technologies in web projects;
- The ability to elaborate on ideas and product requirements, explain technical concepts in logic & simple way both to tech & non - tech people;
- Solid experience with task-tracking systems as Jira/Trello etc
- Proven ability to deliver in a changing environment;
- Strong analytical skills, numerical and data management skills;
- Fluent writing and speaking English;
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum);
- Familiarity with current trends in digital marketing;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
