You will fit perfectly if you are a true expert in communicating with people, finding the right approach to bloggers and influencers and are generally friendly, open-minded and cool. 

Promoting crypto will require few skills listed below. The more you have the better:

• Good understanding of the crypto industry
• Negotiating skills to make the best deals with top bloggers, e.g. Ivan on Tech, Carl the Moon, etc
• 2-6 years of experience in communication (blogging, media and digital) agencies or on the same position;
• Working with bloggers, briefs, creative scenarios and plans;
• Having your own base of crypto bloggers (is a big yes);
• Understanding services, mechanics and KPIs of influence marketing.

As always, these are the things you could impress us with:

• Excellent oral and written Russian and English skills;
• Portfolio of previous experience with influencers and bloggers on YouTube, Telegram, Tik-Tok, Twitter etc. 
• Unreal planning skills and contribution to deadlines;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Power to convince any blogger to give you a discount.

I’m in! What do I do during the day?

• Select bloggers given the certain criteria;
• Communicate with bloggers, build partnerships and manage the bloggers’ activities using the CRM funnel;
• Find 10 more ways to contact bloggers in case of no reply;
• Send requests and briefs, prepare and present the ideas and strategies; 
• Prepare and approve content plans, mechanics and activities;
• Control script writing and payments;
• Control the quality of the blogger's work, resolve conflicts;
• Schilling of published content;
• Monitor analytics and prepare reports;
• Regularly monitor crypto trends.
