Junior Affiliate Manager

We are a Russian-International team developing an app for adult men who undergo lifestyle transformations with our help. Our goal is for every user to feel ultimately younger, healthier, and happier. No BS pills, just simple habits change with a touch of biohacking.

A big part of the brand is our affiliate program. We have a pool of influencers that contribute content, promote us on various platforms, and generally represent our vision. We are looking for an excellent communicator to further build and manage the network. And, yes, to literally become our partners’ best mate. 

Your primary responsibilities will be recruiting new affiliates, maintaining the existing network through weekly communication, overviewing the content production process, and network accounting. 

You should PM me if:

• Your English is advanced. And it’s advanced with a capital A, and your communication skills, both verbal and written, are superb.

• You are a fast learner! Note it’s a junior position, so we are ready to invest and teach you things you aren’t yet familiar with.

• You are tech-savvy and social media is your natural habitat. You can retrieve whatever in no time and have subject matter expertise within influencer space across all major social platforms.

• You are slightly (or not so slightly) crazy about biohacking. You know the difference between keto and paleo, who the hell Wim Hof is, and have tried HIIT yourself. We have to speak the same language. Unless we don’t, but you are ready to dive into this whole new thing.

• You are an iPhone user (we are an iOS app only for now). 

• Excellent client management skills. You know that our partner Mark has a birthday tomorrow, so his branded gift has already landed in his hometown. And yes, you did congratulate our affiliate Alessia on her newborn without me reminding you three times. 

• You are self-organized and understand that a deadline is a deadline. We do party too, but no one has time looking for you if you went raving and didn’t deliver

• You realize that a start-up can be a competitive and pressured environment, and you feel good about it.
