Product Manager (MarTech Team)

ManyChat is a platform that helps businesses all over the world to interact with their users. We're creating the tool that enables a business to bypass slow and ineffective channels of communication and interact with millions of clients in real-time.

We face ambitious goals and tasks, until now our platform supported Messenger by Facebook, SMS and email channels. Recently we’ve added support for Instagram and WhatsApp.

We’re creating a complex tech story, but the foundation of our philosophy is great people.

Who are we looking for?

Product/Project Manager with strong technical & project management skills, who can set up processes inside the team and with stakeholders, goal-oriented, and excellent English skills.

Stream

Improve User Experience in 1st session (before activation, conversion to pro and etc):

• Update/Rethink Template Store.
• Organise working with content (navigation, search, SEO).

Improve Agency Experience to acquire new customers and managing them:

• Integration/Development Revenue sharing program.
• Agency/Expert matching with Users.
• Relaunch Agency Certification program.

Expected results

• Product Manager and Team will have helped to achieve goals in collaboration with Marketing Team.
• Product Manager and Team will have implemented product/tech solutions for supporting Marketing activities.
• Product Manager will have built the processes with Marketing Team (planning, managing expectations, supporting Marketing team activities).
• Product Manager and Team will have built product processes inside Mar Tech Product Team (Scrum).

Requirements

• English - to be able to collaborate in English with the team, customers. Writing & Speaking skills on a good level.
• Experience with technical products, integrations.
• Experience to lead product team.
• As a plus understanding Digital Marketing processes (channels, tools, solutions and etc.)

Team

• Product Team: backend, frontend, design.
• Marketing: CMO, Product Marketing Managers, Acquisition Managers (Paid, SEO), Content & Community Managers.
