Project Manager

Wisebits is currently looking for an experienced and talented Project manager, able to understand business strategy and find the most effective solution to issues. You should have experience in managing IT team and activities

Our expectations:

• 3+ years commercial experience in project management;
• Managing various sub-teams (back-end, front-end, BA, designer) in one project;
• Experience of work on all project phases (from idea to release), adjusting methodologies depending on the project’s phase and team’s size;
• Experience of work with foreign top clients on a long term basis;
• Ability to manage efficiently 10+ persons teams having team leads and additional project manager(s);
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented thinking;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with high-load projects;
• Technical background;
• Knowledge of different business domains;
• Experience in resource management and mentoring.

Your tasks will include:

• Communicating with designers, QA, Support Team to collect the requirements and info
• Development of Jira workflow, effectiveness analysis based on Jira results
• Research and correction of all the bottlenecks in business value delivery on prod
• Description of all the processes of cross-functional flow in the teams in Confluence
• Planning and control of tasks, their effectiveness and deadlines
• Reporting on demands
