Project manager (Digital analytics & BI)

We provide Digital Analytics, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Business Intelligence services to small and medium-sized businesses from States, Canada, Australia, Singapore and other awesome English-speaking places.

We're expanding our agency and are currently looking for another ingenious Project Manager to join our team of whales and embark on new thrilling adventures together!

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Project Manager or Key Specialist in IT, CRO, data reach, web development, or data analytics for 1,5-2 years;
• Work experience as a Project Manager for 2+ years;
• Ability to efficiently communicate in English (both spoken and written), as daily communication with clients in English is an essential skill to this position;
• Knowledge of modern Project Management methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK, PMI standards, interest in Agile development is a plus);
• Knowledge and expertise in the services we provide is a plus;
• Ability to govern internal and external stakeholders;
• Strong people management and leadership skills, ability to manage remote teams;
• Effective and quick troubleshooting, ability to anticipate and solve issues before they become problems;
• Strong strategical & tactical thinking (define project concept and fit framework, set up goals, prioritize, allocate time schedule, define a scoop of work and responsibilities);
• Financial-savviness and ability to manage project's commercial side of things (costs and budget).

Your duties will include:

• Launch new projects and supervise client onboarding;
• Develop future objectives and project scopes;
• Manage all project aspects daily (initiation, evaluation, closure);
• Perform everyday client and team communication in text and on calls to ensure the delivery of our services is going smoothly, on schedule and within the set budget;
• Manage resource allocation, coordinating internal resources and external contractors for the excellent execution of projects;
• Conduct change and risk management in project scopes, schedules and costs, providing estimates of budgets and timelines for new tasks;
• Develop detailed project plans, measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
• Participate in adopting new Project Management frameworks and standards within the company;
• Manage stakeholders' and clients' expectations.
