IT Project Manager

We are a team of highly motivated and skilled engineers, architects and mathematicians who successfully work on international electronic markets for more than 10 years. We have offices in Italy and Russia and constantly need the most advanced technology, trading software and better connections to the market. Now we are looking for a talented and experienced project manager to help us make the development process more conscious and structured. For this role, we have a variety of interesting tasks. Some of them are:

• Formulate and structure tasks for technical specialists, control the implementation of tasks and deadlines by the development department;
• Collect requirements from the business and monitor the effectiveness of communication with development;
• Implement product improvements;
• Lead projects on the current roadmap;
• Participate in the search for new ways to develop business and generate ideas;
• Provide reports and metrics.

We are looking for you if:

• you got 2+ years of experience in IT project management;
• you have the skill of process building - meetings, artifacts, reports;
• you can present some success story of project launch;
• you have experience in both implementation of changes and product support;
• you possess knowledge of modern planning tools and the ability to use them;
• you have good communication skills;
• you experienced with product metrics and strong analytical skills;
• you are an English fluent speaker and writer.

We will be happy (that's a plus) if you have:

• Knowledge and practical skills of modern IT technologies;
• Programming experience;
• Experience in running your own business;
• Quality assurance expertise;
• Speaking at professional conferences.

Our St. Petersburg (Russia) office is located on the 23rd floor of the Atlantic City business center and has a beautiful panoramic view of the 300th Anniversary Park and the Gulf of Finland.
