Main Resposobilities:
- Building a CI / CD pipeline and automating the CI / CD process;
- General administration of the CI / CD process;
- Development, coordination and approval of the release schedule with all parties involved in updating the release SOFTWARE (with customers, scrum masters, SOFTWARE architects);
- Planning and coordinating the release lifecycle with the customer;
- Control the life cycle of the release (updating of status of readiness of the systems and specific problems);
- Manage environments for transferring releases;
- Preparing to transfer release updates to productive environments;
- Monitoring the transfer of useful improvements by the testing and support Department;
- Building a process of effective interaction between teams, managers, developers, architects, and testers;
- Reporting on release dates (collection of metrics, analysis of system readiness for release);
- Preparation of documentation for process descriptions;
- Elimination of Deposit defects.
What we expect:
- Knowledge of the principles and basics of "release management", "change management", "continuous development" "continuous integration"; " continuous delivery»;
- Preferably have experience working with tools such as Copado, Auto Rabbit, Gearset, or other DevOps (CI/CD) solutions for Salesforce
- Managing releases or projects for implementing business applications in large teams (10 + developers) - from 1 year
- Excellent knowledge of git - at the git administrator level;
- Experience with CI - Jenkins, Teamcity, Terraform, Kubernetes tools;
- Experience in deploying cloud applications;
- Communication skills, ability to defend a position, persuade and negotiate;
- English: Upper Intermediate;
- Developed management skills (planning, setting tasks, monitoring, analyzing results);
- Effective communication skills (developed negotiation skills, building constructive interpersonal relationships, conflict management, ability to persuade and negotiate, presentation skill.
