Translator Eng/Rus

Who we're looking for:

Our California-based startup is looking for a clever, growth-minded Translator. Our candidate is punctual and attentive to detail. We are looking for a worker on a long-term basis. Our offices are located in Los Angeles and Moscow. You will be able to work with us in Moscow at the office on Tverskaya Street or remotely.

Tasks:

• Translate texts and conversations from one language into another, accurately reproducing the original content and style, translate jargon and tech-speak to everyday talk
• Edit and revise texts, bringing them to high-quality standards
• Working across multiple time zones, flexible schedule, work average 3 hours a day

Qualifications:

• Translation and / or editing skills for the following topics: information technology, games
• High speed of interpretation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep understanding of Western culture
• Attention to detail – understand that it is the small details that can make the biggest difference
• 3+ years of experience as a translator or English editor
