IT Recruiter

The IT Recruiter is responsible for hiring great talents for Software Engineering, Consulting, Application Support and Data science department for our office in St Petersburg. We are looking for someone who has experience in IT recruiting and a solid understanding of the national IT specialists market.

Key responsibilities:

• Attract great talents for our team on different qualification levels, from university graduates up to TOP-managers (Software engineers, Data Scientists, QA, DevOps etc.);
• Develop a warm pool of qualified technical candidates in advance of the need by networking through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, social media, job boards and referrals;
• Be a partner for the hiring managers at all stages of the recruitment process;
• Leading HR brand projects: achieve high visibility of Weigandt Consulting as a high-quality employer for IT experts and manage the reputation;
• Develop and maintain the relationship with partner companies and freelancers to source candidates for temporary positions;
• Participation in other HR projects.

Required:

• Proven experience in IT Recruitment (2+ years);
• Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting IT professionals at various levels and technologies based on job orders;
• Ability to work independently to achieve targets;
• Strong English, both verbal and written;
• You are an excellent communicator and networker, with the ability to take initiative and build trust.
