Team Lead / Technical Lead (Java, Spring)

Основные задачи:

- Development of high-level architecture vision either for a product or specific feature;

- Reviewing and approval the architectural approach and technical solution with the stakeholders, CTO, IT leaders;

- Creating the development standards;

- Initiate improvements and determine development methodology;

- Take on the development of most complex/critical features as well as the investigation and resolution of high priority bugs;

- Lead a team of developers through the product lifecycle: architecture, design, documentation, development, quality and deployment;

- Review and improve source code written by developers to meet the project coding standards;

- Take responsibility on code quality and on time completion of the tasks;

- Participation in daily standup, planning, demo, retrospective, and other project activities;

- Collaborate with CTO, IT leaders and IT partners across the organization from a strategic and tactical perspective to set direction to produce & support quality software solutions;

- Development and maintenance the architecture documentation.

Что важно:

- 4+ years experience in Java;

- Strong knowledge in Spring, Spring MVC, Maven;

- Experience with database SQL/NoSQL;

- Experience with Maven, Jenkins;

- Experience with Unit/Integration tests development — Experience with - monitoring, logging systems (ELK stack)

- Experience with setting up CI / CD process

- Experience on building complex, real-time, high load, mission critical web services is a must;

- Experience on building distributed, high available solutions based on micro-services architecture;

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is nice to have;

- Experience with Front-End (React)
