CARL — a SaaS (software as service) digital platform changing the automotive consumption model. Our partners are the leading automotive groups: Volkswagen Group Russia (Audi, VW, Skoda, Bentley), PSA (Peugeot, Citroen, Opel), Toyota Motor (Toyota, Lexus), Renault / Nissan, Subaru and their associated dealerships. We offer them a brand new digital approach to sales, marketing and digitalization of their existing business processes.
Outcomes
- Effective leading of a remote team of 10 developers and UX for multiple platforms: B2C: iOS, Android, Android for test-drive consultant. B2B: dashboard for an automotive brand, dealer, co-promo partners, web-classified, web-site, chat bots. Developers rate communication with you at least 9/10
- Improving product conversion, operating processes, unit economics, new features
- Cooperating with partners for integrating solutions (Automotive brands, dealers, banks, marketing partners) with a feedback rate of at least 9/10
- Development and custdev of new products in collaboration with the CEO
Competencies
- Case supported experience in cooperation with developers, team building, project management
- Skill of prompt response to the new product development tasks and cooperation with the entire development team (MVP → Tests → Release in few days or weeks)
- Experience in e-commerce and mobile platforms, grasp of the operation of retention tools, recommendation systems and other
- Product thinking, solid technical skills, ultimate understanding of the software development process, attention to detail, sound perfectionism and sense of style
- Being experienced in and ready to online / offline opeations, hardware for cars: IP-cameras, telephones, telematics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly proficient English
- Pitching skills, ready to present our product to the top management of global companies
- Ability to operate independently and systematically in an unstructured environment
