Content Writer & Customer Relations Specialist [Intern]

At MentalGrowth we develop mental health, fitness, and well-being-focused mobile products for hundreds of thousands of customers across the globe. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of people through our apps.

Our ever-growing team of passionate people needs a young, talented and proactive person who would take over the first line of interaction with our users. Whether it is a great story to tell through social media, a ticket about a nasty bug, or a non-boring update note about most usual bugfixes, we believe you will handle such thing with ease and joy!

Key duties and fields of expertise:

• In collaboration with the rest of our team create exciting and joyful posts and stories for our social media accounts;
• Assist with translations and localization of our products to a variety of languages;
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Marketing team to develop impactful creative materials;
• Proof-read texts and interfaces within apps;
• Provide timely & user-friendly support for our customers in written form;
• Monitor mobile and digital trends and competitors' apps to contribute meaningful ideas.

Your mindset and desired experience:

• Recent graduate or final year student;
• Native Russian and B2 level English (though C1 is preferable);
• Additional foreign language (French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Korean or Japanese) will be a huge plus;
• Decent writing experience in both Russian and English;
• Storytelling skills – you know how to tell a story and present information about ordinary things in a creative and clever way;
• You value Soft Skills over Hard Skills;
• You can get things done independently and in time.
