YOUR ROLE

 

Write maintainable and reliable software by using agile methodologies, Java, and technologies like e.g. JPA/Hibernate, Spring, Oracle, SQL, Tomcat technologies, Maven.

 

Responsibility for the overall technical quality and delivery.

 

Active participation in all team activities, including implementation, requirements analysis, defects handling, documentation, deployment, and testing.

 

Collaborate and provide leadership to cross-functional teams. Lead discussions on design, new features, and approaches to implementing new services.

 

Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced developers.

 

Create and continuously improve software architecture and design.

 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

 

7 years of experience

 

Technical stack: Java 8, Hibernate, SQL, JMS, JUnit, Mockito, Git, Jenkins

Solid knowledge of Agile principles and experience of work in Agile teams

Solid SQL understanding

 

Experience of leading a team of developers

 

Comfortable with discussing business requirements with BU

 

Experience of participation in design / architecture discussions/decisions making

 

Providing mentoring for less experienced colleagues

 

Promoting clean code and best practices

 

Comfortable with documenting his work (in a Lean manner)

 

Hands-on coding: 1/3 technical leading, 2/3 coding Java

 

English skills: Upper-Intermediate and above

 

Solid practical and theoretical knowledge in the fields of computer science, software development, and enterprise software development.

 

Good knowledge about established technologies, current trends, and proven solutions for architectural problems.

 

Familiarity with Industry and software development methodologies, standards, and architecture frameworks.

 

Extensive experience in designing object-oriented software. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

 

Excellent initiative, innovative thinking skills, and the ability to analyze details and adopt a big-picture view.

 

Excellent oral and written communication skills: ability to explain complex technical information to technical and non-technical contacts.
