Ortnec - an international IT product company engaged in multi-projects in the field of affiliate marketing and software development is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Traffic Campaign Manager.

About the project: we're developing the affiliate program from scratch in terms of traffic acquisition for the existing large-scale in-house product in the online entertainment niche

In parallel with this, we are continuing a stormy R & D, so there is a lot of research, experimentation & hypothesis’, and we expect involvement from each team member in this.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Converting traffic into sales;
  • Launching advertising campaigns;
  • Evaluating the impact of the campaigns;
  • Daily monitoring of campaign (analyze campaign metrics), provide insight and recommendations, and report on performance;
  • Building sales funnels;
  • Organising the proper A/B testing in order to establish the conversion;
  • Test traffic sources, optimize and move to production;
  • Help achieve forecasted performance of marketing channel through optimization and testing;
  • Develop new monetization schemes and improve existing;

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ year proven experience in the online advertising industry (Media Buyer, Advertiser Account Manager, User Acquisition Manager, Affiliate or Traffic Manager, etc);
  • Prior experience with social/dating advertising inventory will be highly valued;
  • Expertise in monitoring, optimization/management of online advertising campaigns with a proven track record;
  • Experience increasing conversion rates and a proven track record for acquiring new customers;
  • Proven experience in driving results in the channels of PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Display and Social Media;
  • Budget management & ROI-focused;
  • Experience in building sales funnels from scratch
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimental designs;
  • A minimum of technical skills required (HTML, JavaScript tags, experience working with conversion tracking, web analytic tools, etc);
  • Confident with figures, reports, analysis (Experience with Excel, Affise, Appsflyer, Adjust etc.);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;
