We're looking for a Head of Product & Marketing Analytics for Simple to maximize and enhance the business’s consumer reach, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
Simple is a game-changing AI-powered health & wellness platform aimed to provide intermittent fasting followers with a solution that would support them in achieving tangible fitness results.
Our mission is to give day-to-day personal insight into people's nutrition leading to healthier lives through behavior change.
The app already has over 1 million followers on iOS and Android in total. The Simple app securely aggregates, stores and analyzes user data to help users make long-term lifestyle changes that can improve their wellbeing.

What You’ll Do:
- Define the product vision based on user insights;
- Extract actionable business value from internal and external data sources for translating product features into consumer benefits;
- Build and lead a growing team of high performing analysts professionals;
- Develop metrics, dashboards, and analytics tools to aid data-driven decision making;
- Build forecasts of all shapes and sizes - including revenue and user growth - based on models of customer lifetime value and user segmentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven and successful track record in product & marketing analytics in mobile products;
- Deep understanding of the consumers and an ability to translate this information into data-driven and compelling product solutions and proposals;
- Ability to set and monitor key marketing metrics using high-value marketing tools;
- Business mindset and experience building use cases from market research and analysis;
- Proven experience building, leading and managing teams;
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
