Ortneс Holdings is looking for experienced and ambitious Business Development Manager who is ready to grow our product.

About the project: CPA/СPI network for Instagram inventory (Adsession).



You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers and you are very familiar how social network traffic works.

1. Relevant experience in the ad network as a sales/buyer (gaming industry/mobile inventory);

2. Good management skills (should be able to work with minimal direct supervision / distributed team);

3. Confident with figures, reports, analysis (Experience with Excel, Affise, Appsflyer, Adjust etc.);

4. Good communication and negotiation skills;

5. Business development mindset;

6. Experience with games/network offers;

7. Experience in work with the influencers (HUGE plus);

8. Fluent English;





  • Attract the ad networks to get CPI offers for the platform;
  • Contact the new games appeared on Google store / Apple store and offer them promotion on Adsession platform;
  • Control the advertisers conversion;
  • Control the payouts (from advertisers to Adsession and from Adsession to publishers);
  • Monitor the publishers performance;
  • Make the performance analysis, monitor the performance of creatives, texts, be able to propose new ideas for test;
  • Gather feedback from advertisers about the platform usability, issues, willing;
  • Manage communication with partners (ad networks , advertisers);
  • Develop new monetization schemes and improve existing;
  • Confirming revenue figures with accounting dep. assisting them with invoices, debts collecting etc;
