We are looking for IT recruiter, who will help us to gather the best R&D Team in Russia.

Responsibilities:

• Search and attraction of the best technical specialists (developers, QA specialists, DevOps, product managers, etc.);
• Participation in professional technical conferences, work on improvement of a positive employer brand;
• Working closely with hiring managers;
• Take part in other recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fast paced environment – experience with hiring Developers, QA Engineers, Team leaders, etc;
• Team player;
• Pro-active and Can-Do attitude;
• High level in English & Russian is a must.
