We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who likes to deal with deadlines, reports, task tracking and is ready to move to sunny Cyprus; someone who will ensure that all planned features are implemented and visible to millions of people around the world!

You will be responsible for:

• Full project life cycle ownership:
• Define the scope and work plan in collaboration with Product Manager and development team, create a detailed work plan
• Develop, maintain and review a project roadmap and schedule, revise as required
• Manage regular team meetings, reviews, and retros, including creating follow-ups
• Develop and maintain project documentation, as well as ensure proper and uninterrupted operation of all development and testing teams
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Prepare reports and supporting documentation
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time and all the plans are fulfilled
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on productive problem-solving
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of productive experience as a web project manager, previous leadership experience within an engineering team (Developers, DevOps,QA)
• Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills with the ability to work under urgent, tight deadlines with interruptions
• Able to re-define and improve workflow/pipeline in order to achieve the most optimal way for the team and project
• You have a talent to inspire and manage a big team
• Experience in Scrum/ Agile software development methods
• Technical background (QA/Analyst/Developer) and University degree is considered an advantage
