Outbound Senior Sales Manager - in Moscow or remote
Responsibilities
Develop plans to acquire new customers in the USA, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, email sequencing, web demos and others
Develop ICP and SQL profiles
Finding relevant databases
Document all activity in CRM
Working together with marketing to support joined targeted efforts
Master product demonstrations and knowledge of product capabilities and benefits
Forecast and proactively uncover opportunities within key business groups.
Negotiate and close business.
Develop growth plans for accounts
Everyday pipeline management
Be ready for international business travels
Flexible work hours, preferably 14-23 Moscow time
This is a growth opportunity, upon business results, to take on management responsibilities - hiring new staff, training, monitoring, etc
Qualifications:
Fluent written and spoken English
3+ years experience in generating and converting leads in USA
Experience in ICP, SQL and Lead Generation
Experience in email and social media sales
Experience in SaaS or digital marketing/advertising
Solid understanding of data analytics is highly desired
Bachelor's degree
Strong presentation skills, strong business sense
Demonstrated success in achieving sales related goals
An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do positive attitude
Ability to adapt on the fly to new challenges
