- Recruiting members for your team with the help of HR.
- Organizing the activities of the Sales Department within the company: building relationships with the accounting department and media buyer groups.
- Composing a plan for attracting clients and sales.
- Searching and attracting new clients who are at the top of each category.
- Conducting negotiations, negotiating the terms of cooperation, signing contracts.
- Distributing client categories among your team members.
- Controlling the receipt of the first income.
- Controlling the discipline within the department.
- Monthly updates of the presentation; developing successful cases.
- Participating in themed events/shows, including trips to foreign countries.
Mandatory requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in the mobile application promotion market.
- Personal sales.
- Command of English on a fluency level (the interview will be conducted in English).
