The best mobile marketing team in Russia is seeking a Head of Sales with the view of opening new horizons and attracting international customers.

Product to sell: Performance Marketing mobile applications worldwide.

Clients we need: publishers; developers of mobile applications with positive unit economics.

Areas: lifestyle, marketplace, m-commerce, finance, games/entertainment, major brands.

Position responsibilities:

  • Recruiting members for your team with the help of HR.
  • Organizing the activities of the Sales Department within the company: building relationships with the accounting department and media buyer groups.
  • Composing a plan for attracting clients and sales.
  • Searching and attracting new clients who are at the top of each category.
  • Conducting negotiations, negotiating the terms of cooperation, signing contracts.
  • Distributing client categories among your team members.
  • Controlling the receipt of the first income.
  • Controlling the discipline within the department.
  • Monthly updates of the presentation; developing successful cases.
  • Participating in themed events/shows, including trips to foreign countries.

Mandatory requirements for the candidate:

  • Experience in the mobile application promotion market.
  • Personal sales.
  • Command of English on a fluency level (the interview will be conducted in English).
