Operations Manager

Wargaming St. Petersburg (Lesta Studio) is looking for an Operations Manager to work on World of Warships.

Job content:

• Be responsible for driving publishing support for game patches releases and updates, in-game events and publishing activities
• Build transparency within the team and bridges across regions/countries/offices/departments to make sure all parts of the system are functioning at 100% and have everything they need to succeed
• Serve as an integral link between the Product Team and shared services within the company, coordinate the successful implementation of required services and actions to ensure product goals are met
• Create, manage and develop internal policies and workflows to ensure the product is supported properly from the publishing side, including emergency protocols
• Be the go-to person for questions and problem-solving, and the emergency contact for publishing operations
• Maintain daily publishing operations and processes, manage reports and meeting notes for the Product Team

Requirements:

• Effective communications skills
• Effective problem-solving and structuring skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with a range of cross-functional teams
• Able to manage your own schedule with a large inflow of time-sensitive tasks
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadliness
• Fluent English

Desirable:

• World of Warships game knowledge
• Working experience within international and distributed teams and a LiveOps environment
• Technical background
