Senior Recruiter

Axamit is looking for a Senior Recruiter to our Minsk office.

Responsibilities:

• organization of an effective system of recruitment: sourcing, selection and adaptation of new employees;
• development of assessment, motivation and training systems for employees;
• forming of a talent pool;
• interaction with outsourcing companies (staffing agencies etc.);
• participation in organization of corporate events;
• development and support of corporate culture;
• development and continual improvement of HR business processes;
• preparation of salary market reviews;
• preparation of recruitment analytics and respective action plans.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of successful experience in IT staffing;
• higher education (psychological degree is preferable);
• excellent communicator (fluent spoken and written English);
• experienced with objectives setting based on KPI’s;
• high level of knowledge of recruitment tools and candidate’s searching channels;
• competence in at least 2-3 interviewing techniques;
• understanding of full software development cycle;
• experienced user of HR software.
