Key tasks
- Lead the team responsible for building large scale service (15+ backend, frontend developers and QA).
- Recruit, mentor and develop team.
- Cross team collaboration
- Lead design and architecture related activities
Requirements
- Experience in leading teams of 10+ employees
- Experience leading a team in Agile/Scrum methodology
- Golang developing experience is preffered but not essential
- Extensive experience leading design and architecture related activities
- Experience with distributed systems and micro services architecture
- Experienced with large scale environments
- Fluent English communication skills
