Key tasks

• Lead the team responsible for building large scale service. To rewrite one of the most high load server to Golang with zero downtime.
• Lead design and architecture related activities
• Recruit, mentor and develop team.

Requirements

• Experience of building systems for a web environment
• Experience in leading teams of 4+ employees
• Golang developing experience (or any other scripting language)
• Experience leading a team in Agile Scrum methodology
• Extensive experience leading design and architecture related activities
• Experience with distributed systems and micro services architecture
• Experienced with large scale environments
• Experienced in: SQL, NoSQL, Cloud environments (Amazon AWS)
• Fluent English communication skills
