Business Analyst Senior/Lead

Netсracker Technology Corp., a large software development company and one of the world’s most respected TOMS Solutions (Telecommunications Operations and Management Solutions) companies, has an opening for:

Business Analyst Lead

Responsibilities:

• Meeting Technical staff and Business clients on aspects of scope clarification, requirements; gathering, design coordination, presentations, etc;
• Managing and/or preparation of business analysis documents for internal and external use such as: Requirements, Traceability Matrix, Compliance Matrix and Systems Design documents
• Active collaboration with project technical team and management for planning, resolving issues and assessment purposes.
• Leading BA team including planning and monitoring Analysis and Design phases
• Responsible for communicating requirements and design gaps to the Project Manager during build and testing phases
• Ensures all issues and clarification items are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
• Support Netсracker change management procedures against the signed off Compliance Matrixes and Detailed Design

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (speaking and writing);
• Strong BA methodologies knowledge (BABOK, requirements elicitation, modeling techniques, UML)
• Customer facing experience
• Understanding of People Management, Scope Management and Change Management concepts
• University Degree in Telecom/IT or equivalent education;
• Understanding of project lifecycle from pre-sale to support & maintenance;

Desirable:

• Experience in a similar role in software development projects including end-to-end delivery experience
• General understanding of network technologies, i.e. SONET, Ethernet, FTTx, Mobile, xWDM, etc;
• MS Office and CASE tools experience (Enterprise Architect, Rational Rose, ERwin, equivalent);
• Understanding of business processes and functions of the client organization
