    Training of staff of department;

    Conducting commercial negotiations with clients, representing the interests of the company;
    Analysis of statistical data of sales and clients of the company;
    Maintaining planned and reporting and work documentation;
    Control of accomplishment of contractual commitments and working conditions with clients of the company;
    Participation in development of actions for motivation of staff of sales office;
    Control of presence in a workplace and attendance of employees, time-management


The higher education;
Knowledge of IT of technologies, the PC - at the level of the experienced user (CRM, MS Office);
The successful confirmed experience in corporate sales of 3 years (it is desirable in IT sphere);
Experience of multistage negotiations, project B2B of sales
Work experience of management of department (not less than 5 people);
Ability to hold the presentations (trainings);
