A great opening is available within our Ecommerce team: we are inviting you to join us as a Key Account Manager! In this role you will Ecommerce a part of the leading beauty business dealing with growing legendary brands (imagine, are least once in 10 minutes you will hear “Gucci” and “Max Factor”). Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce Consumer Beauty & Luxury Russia & CIS


  • Deliver KPIs of Ecommerce channel inside COTY Consumer Beauty and Luxury divisions (net sales, revenue, income);
  • Build effective long-term business-relationship with major Russian e-retailers: Ozon, Beru, Lamoda and etc;
  • Forecast/plan, sell and sustain volumes to consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual shipment targets;
  • Provide e-customers' everyday support in terms of their collaboration with Coty during all levels of supply chain;
  • Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing departments to provide best-in-class promo plan and brands' activation plan inside e-retailers;
  • Work closely with distributors' teams to provide competitive trading terms and appropriate service level for e-customers;
  • Lead negotiations process with e-retailers to ensure improvement of COTY positions inside e-catalogue


  • 3-6 years of experience inside international company (Beauty, FMCG, Fashion, Pharma industries) is a must;
  • Experience at working with retailers is a must; experience at working with Ecommerce channel is an advantage;
  • Knowledge or deep passion for digital is highly desired;
  • University Degree;
  • Upper-intermediate+ level of English;
  • Excellent selling skills. Examples are to be provided during interview;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel);
  • Proactivity & self-motivation in achieving goals;
  • Analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data;
  • Advanced presentation skills;
