We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our team.
You will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our positions.
Technical Recruiter responsibilities include full cycle of the recruitment process:
sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Recruiter is responsible to assist Hiring Managers in selecting top talent for Insolar.
You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at technology startup/IT company
- Experience building startup teams from scratch, including both sourcing and hiring first top-executives
- Love for both inspirational leadership and need to get hands-on
- Experience solving complex business issues and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor
- A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
