UX/UI designer

We are a multinational Fintech company operating in the Forex and Crypto markets for the last 8 years. We are now planning to enlarge our Moscow team with an experienced full time UX/UI designer who is keen to meet the challenges posed by the constantly changing global environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant UX and design experience (Mobile+web) in an international environment (participation in Fintech projects will be considered an advantage)
• Demonstrable potential in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio;
• Familiarity with UX/wireframing and visual design software;
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating high performance standards to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines;
• Ability to present design results to senior management and business stakeholders with proper justification for the solution;
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to solve problems creatively;
• Good presentation and persuading skills;
• Proactive learner and team player;
• Fluent English (any other languages will be considered a plus

Within this role you will

• Provide research revealing key user’s UX/UI needs;
• Develop sound user-experience strategies;
• Create and validate design concepts;
• Develop UX/UI interactive prototypes, mockups and wireframes to simplify clients’ journeys;
• Provide usability and A/B tests;
• Present/sell design solutions to peers and key stakeholders.
