Responsibilities:

• Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy
• Analyze the best practices related products across the market
• Understand customer needs and gather product requirements
• Structure key business processes and launch MVP
• Analyze key performance metrics and gather customer feedback
• Enhance product experience
• Engage closely with UI/UX designers and the engineering team to find the best technical solutions and timing implementation
• Define marketing/PR strategy and control execution
• Build and follow-up product budget and financial plan

Requirements:

• Multi-functional experience in product management, analytics, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing in top international ( banks, consultancy, hedge funds, investment) companies
• Experience in banking technologies, trading infrastructure development or blockchain/internet is a strong advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills with a strong focus on impact in an innovative and fast-paced environment
• You like to double your efforts when things do not work well
• Fluent English is a must
