Senior Business Analyst

As Senior Business Analyst at Synaps Labs, you will drive diverse and complex growth areas with a high degree of freedom. Some examples of the specific work may include creating and delivering post-campaign analysis (including audience profiling, out-of-home conversion analysis and reports preparation), as well as working with Machine Vision team to improve the quality of our proprietary deep-learning vehicle recognition engine.

Responsibilities:

● Conduct pre and post campaign analysis that includes hypothesis scoping, data preparation, analysis and presentations

● Manage the campaign process, coordinating tasks and activities associated with campaign planning, execution and evaluation

● Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.

● Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.

● Serve as a liaison between customer success team and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for platform modifications, enhancement and implementations

Minimum qualifications:

● BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

● 1-2 years of experience working as a business analyst or consultant

● Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred qualifications:

● Work experience in an inter-disciplinary/cross-functional field.

● Deep interest and aptitude in data (Python, R), metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation.

● Distinctive problem solving skills and impeccable business judgment.

● Capable of translating analysis results into business recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
