UI Practice Lead

IPONWEB is looking for a highly experienced software development group leader with proven people management skills.

The UI Practice Lead is effectively responsible for:

• People management, leading several teams of 50+ people overall;
• Help your team grow and learn – both in improved management skills, better software speed and quality and coach emerging leaders;
• Recruiting and motivating a high-performing Tech team;
• Resource allocation between different projects;
• Ensuring the team is consistently delivering software to the standards the company expects;
• Spreading best practices between several teams;
• Setting up processes in teams that allows working efficiently and transparently with other stakeholders;

Experience and Requirements:

• Experience managing team of 20+ developers;
• Experience managing managers;
• Hiring and firing experience;
• Fluent English;

Nice to have:

• Experience in building B2B UIs;
• Adtech experience;
• Ability to isolate and escalate problems quickly.
