IPONWEB is looking for Core Division Team Lead with a solid technical background in high load and real-time software development, proven hands-on experience as well as strong team management and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Holding the roadmap, vision and planning for the core part of IPONWEB’s RTB platform
• Goal oriented coordination of multiple engineering teams
• Team management
• Overseeing technical architecture

Required:

• Solid knowledge and hands on experience with C/C++
• Solid understanding of hardware & *nix systems architectures
• Excellent understanding of networking (L3-L7).
• Proven team management & communication skills
• Broad knowledge of modern computing technologies and trends
• Strong English speaking/writing skills

Desired:

• Experience with multiple programming languages (Python, Perl, Lua, Go, Java, Scala, etc)
• A decent understanding of basic math (Linear Algebra, Algorithms, Probability Theory)
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Basic understanding of Formal Languages, Automata & compilers
