🎯 Tackle prioritization head-on with David Pereira’s technique → https://lnkd.in/gfNDh9JC
Prioritization is quite annoying, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Let me simplify it for you with a straightforward technique. ❌ Prioritization isn’t about choosing what to do and going all in. ✅ Prioritization is about choosing what not to do and making incremental investments in the remaining ideas Treat prioritization as incremental bets and adapt courses based on learning, not opinions. Let’s simplify this game with my Prioritization Matrix Miro template: https://lnkd.in/djW_ehzx Here’s how it works: 1. Remove what distracts you First, filter out ideas unrelated to your product strategy Second, remove ideas disconnected from current goals Third, identify value-drivers and drop time wasters You’ve got to do your homework for the first and second steps. For the third one, you can benefit from a simple prioritization matrix. 2. Use Prioritization Matrix You can use this miro board template to accelerate your prioritization exercise. Strive to uncover the potential value the idea can drive for customers and business and how complex it would be to make it possible. Categorize them in the matrix as: . Quick Wins: Do it now. High-value, low-effort . Bets: Invest it mindfully. Start small and use evidence to scale investment . Nice to Have: Be careful. They quickly illude and distract you . Time Waster: Avoid as much as possible. Only work on this if you have no other choice You can use the prioritization matrix out of the box and customize it to your needs. Do this exercise collaboratively while keeping in mind that the result isn’t a commitment to go all in but a place to start exploring more. To nail the prioritization challenges, you’ve got to simplify it. The key is to focus on removing distractions, so you focus on value drivers. Let’s rock the product world together. #miro

Struggling through your job search? You're not alone. 🤯 Stay organized and check out Megan Lieu's Job Search Process Diagram template in the Miroverse → https://lnkd.in/evkk5pVr
Job searches are NOT meant to be a walk in the park. You’ll feel frustrated, rejected, overwhelmed at several points in the process, and if you don’t, you’re not doing it right. 🙃 But that doesn’t mean there aren’t resources out there to help you navigate the search, and help you not only survive, but THRIVE. Staying organized is my first line of defense when it comes to my ADHD brain being able to juggle multiple opportunities, all at different stages. And one of the best tools I’ve found to help me do that is Miro, a collaborative, visual workspace designed for diagramming, organization and productivity. (AKA it helps me get my life together 🙌) For all of my current job seeker friends out there who need a little organization in their hectic lives, I gotchu. Using Miro, I introduce to you my very own Job Search Process Diagram template! I designed this tracker in Miro back when I needed a personalized tool to help me keep track of my multiple interview processes in my last job search. And you can access it in the Miroverse to use it for your own 👇 https://lnkd.in/eKXQS8kE Check out the Miro template and watch my Talktrack video walkthrough for more tips on how to get the most out of your search 👏 Happy job searching, friends!
