When you write a letter of recommendation from the bottom of your heart, you want it to describe the person as fully and honestly as possible.
Ksenia Zybkovets has been working in Sberbank in Tools and Models Division at Integrated Risk Management Department for more than 6 years and I have had the pleasure of working with her in Sberbank both as her colleague and as a supervisor.
During this time, she has been able to deeply immerse herself in typical tasks in the field of small and micro businesses, corporate and medium-sized businesses, corporate ecosystem risks and the center of expertise. In addition to the main result - high-quality models with a wide range of modeling methods and approaches, Ksenia has made a significant contribution to the team building.
A proactive and balanced approach to the problem solving has been repeatedly noted by customer leaders not only in quarterly assessments, but also during the working process, which, in my opinion, is especially valuable.
Extensive experience in Data Science, the ability to simultaneously manage the risks of several projects, the skills of establishing effective communication with customers and contractors, as well as her inner core (after switching to Python, she continued to compile small analytical reports on SAS) allowed Ksenia to become a team leader in 2020 in 3 areas at once in the corporate modeling center: ecosystems, center of expertise and group methodology and provision.
During her work as a team leader, Ksenia additionally showed valuable qualities for a leader:
- Critical approach to problems. Each task of the customer was discussed not only on the subject of approaches to the solution, but also on the subject of relevance and the possibility of solving it without the participation of modelers and without loss of quality.
- Organization of effective teamwork aimed not only at solving problems, but also at the professional development of all its members (not only DS).
All DS who worked with Ksenia noted her in the feedback (as part of quarterly assessments and when leaving ) as a leader and coach with a very friendly and approachable management style.
