What we're looking for
Narrative BI is looking for a product leader who can help write the playbook for SaaS platform growth. This role is crucial in accelerating Narrative BI’s success by leveraging customer feedback, product data and engineering to drive consistent and measurable growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Own product-led growth for our SaaS platform: creating the vision, setting strategic direction, and successfully delivering key product outcomes
- Drive growth in the target customer segments by partnering closely with Marketing and the CEO
- Work closely with engineering, data analytics, design, marketing, and customer success teams to build solutions that increase customer happiness and grow our business
- Participate in research and testing (we spend lots of time talking directly to our customers!) to understand customer pain and identify opportunities for improvement
- Use product analytics to understand how our customers use our platform, and help guide decisions on future improvements and optimizations we can make
- Collaborate with Design and Marketing to produce product collaterals, presentations, competitive analysis, videos and articles

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as a product manager
- Prior experience of working at a high-growth, product-led SaaS company
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong analytics skills, experience analyzing user behavior and measuring impact of product and growth experiments on business outcomes
- Real passion for shipping innovative products in a data domain
