In the same way, one reinforces the immune system. Exclude extreme overload, dose the load and fight back the "viruses" of unacceptable behavior. As soon as we stop calling behavior that is uncharacteristic of our culture "unacceptable," it gradually gets more and more followers like a virus, so they change the culture beyond recognition. #culture

Achievements don't matter on their own. They are meaningful when they coincide with personal values. Results are not a set of facts but changes that happened to me in the work process. Therefore, I'm not inspired by the results like "I've done the OKRs, reached 10 peaks, and so on". But I'm proud when I've changed myself in the process of achieving. Ultimately, winning or losing is not as important as who I became and what I will do next.

It's impossible to work in a hyper-growth company without fails; to create a new big thing without fails; to live interesting without fails. To get stronger, we need to summarize our path not only in terms of victories but also in terms of mistakes. That’s why at the end of every year, Irina Pushkareva and I host inspiring, fun, and a little therapeutic event "Fails knight" in one of the #miro hubs. It is a safe place for people to talk about professional failures, how they fix and deal with it. Why Fails Knight, not Fails Night? One of the main qualities of knights is #courage. To do difficult things, do something for the first time, not be afraid to move forward, and not be scared to admit mistakes – is to be courageous! Learn, grow, drive change, and a Happy New Year!
