📝 "Getting Things Done" (GTD) is a popular method of personal productivity and time management developed by David Allen. The GTD method is designed to help individuals organize their tasks, projects, and priorities in a systematic way to increase productivity and reduce stress. There is such a not very controversial opinion: our brain is not designed to store information. The reasoning behind this is that when your head is full of things to do and too much information, you have less brain resources to do the work that really matters. By freeing your brain from tasks and transferring them to a to-do list tool, you're more empowered to get the work that matters done. Сегодня! Именно сегодня 15.01 прошло 10 лет, с тех пор как я начала свою карьеру в HR! За все эти годы я прошла путь от Researcher до Senior Technical Recruiter, и каждый этап был уникальным и важным для моего развития. Ещё первые шаги показали мне, насколько важно иметь глубокое понимание потребностей компании и находить лучшие решения для найма. У меня не раз спрашивали, почему я не занимаюсь и другими блоками HR, но развитие в рекрутинге гораздо глубже чем может показаться! Я действительно люблю именно это направление, потому что это позволяет мне находить талантливых профессионалов и помогать им реализовывать свой потенциал. В мире рекрутинга каждый день появляются новые кандидаты с уникальными историями и талантами, и я ценю возможность быть тем, кто помогает им в этом процессе. Моя ответственность включает и разработку стратегий найма, привлечение высококвалифицированных специалистов и участие в разработке политики в этой области, что тоже весьма интересно. Мой путь в HR был полный испытаний и достижений, и я горжусь тем, что достигла. Я с нетерпением жду следующих 10 лет в HR и всего того, что они принесут в мою профессиональную жизнь! --- Today! Exactly today, on the 15th of January, it has been 10 years since I started my career in HR! Over these years, I have traversed the path from Researcher to Senior Technical Recruiter, and each stage has been unique and crucial for my development. The initial steps showed me how important it is to have a deep understanding of the company's needs and to find the best solutions for hiring. I have been asked multiple times why I don't engage with other HR blocks, but the development in recruiting goes much deeper than it may seem! I truly love this direction because it allows me to discover talented professionals and help them unleash their potential. In the recruiting world, new candidates with unique stories and talents emerge every day, and I appreciate the opportunity to be someone who aids them in this process. My responsibilities also include developing hiring strategies, attracting highly qualified specialists, and participating in policy development in this area, which is also very interesting.
